As it is granted a CP to increase to 250 watts, Family Life Ministries has sold 104.7 W284AP Buffalo to Entercom. The $125,000 purchase will see the translator rebroadcast 102.5 WTSS-HD2. If the current programming of the HD subchannel does not change that will mean the return of News/Talk 930 WBEN to FM following the flip of former simulcaster 107.7 WLKK to Alternative last September (Coverage Map).
It may not be as big as any trades made tonight at the NFL Draft, but Educational Media Foundation and American Family Association pulled off a three station swap this week. EMF will acquire 88.3 WTLG Starke, FL (Coverage Map) and 91.7 KNDW Williston, ND (Coverage Map), while American Family Association adds 88.5 WVDA Valdosta, GA (Coverage Map).
Wildcatter Wireless is selling three translators licensed to Kerrville, TX. Radio Ranch Ltd. will pay $115,000 to rebroadcast HD subchannels of their 92.3 KRNH Kerrville, TX. 102.7 K274CP with 155 watts at 125.1 meters (Coverage Map) and 104.3 K282BI with 190w at 121.9 meters (Coverage Map) will rebroadcast KRNH-HD2, while 98.7 K254CD with 35 watts at 69.4 meters (Coverage Map) will rebroadcast KRNH-HD3.
In a pair of sales, Spirit Broadcasting is selling all four of their broadcast assets. 88.7 WKMH-FM Saluda, SC goes to Richburg Educational Broadcasters for $139,730, while 88.9 WKBR-FM Summerville, 91.5 WFBK Fort Mill, and 91.9 WKRI Cokesbury go to Radio Training Network for $460,832.
Cedarville University sells 94.3 W233BZ Nelsonville, OH to Educational Media Foundation for $3,000.

Florida Keys Media Classic Rock 99.5 WAIL seeks to relocate to the tower of sister 92.7 WEOW where it will increase from 100kW at 73 meters to 100kW at 167 meters (Coverage Map).
Translator Moves
Family Life Ministries seeks to move 95.5 W239BX Albion, NY to 95.7 where it will increase from 38 watts to 250 watts at 148 meters (Coverage Map). It like 104.7 W284AP above will rebroadcast an HD subchannel of Entercom’s 102.5 WTSS Buffalo.
Connor Media’s 96.5 W243CX Rose Hill, NC has applied to move to Wilmington on 96.7 where it will operate with 99 watts at 152 meters (Coverage Map) rebroadcasting 91.3 WHQR Wilmington.
Charles Anderson’s CP for 97.5 W249CS Bowling Green, KY proposes a move to 97.7 with no changes to its 250 watts at 123.4 meters facility (Coverage Map). The translator remains licensed to rebroadcast 88.9 WKYU Bowling Green.
Clyde Scott’s Construction Permit for 103.9 W280EO Macon seeks to move to 103.5 with an increase from 130 to 250 watts at 100 meters. It will rebroadcast Roberts Broadcasting Urban AC 100.1 WQMJ Forsyth.
Application Dismissals
Eastern Airwaves attempt to move 103.7 W279BW Roxboro, NC to Durham, NC was dismissed following an objection by Radio-One claiming signal overlap with its 103.9 WNNL Fuquay-Varina.
