Mount Wilson FM’s 97.9 KMZT-FM Salinas, CA seeks to increase from a Class A with 2.9kW at 146 meters to a B1 with 4.5kW at 175 meters (Coverage Map).
In the northwest corner of Washington State, “Twilight 96.7” KBDB-FM Forks (named after the book/movie series that takes place there) has applied to increase from a Class A with 6kW at -23 meters to a C3 with 930 watts at 492 meters (Coverage Map).

Milwaukee Radio Alliance proposes to increase 100.3 W262CJ Milwaukee from 12 watts at 67.9 meters to 99 watts at 164 meters (Coverage Map). W262CJ will rebroadcast “Martini Radio” 1290 WZTI.
First Ventures Capital Partners has applied to increase 105.9 W290AZ Marshfield, WI to 250 watts at 169 meters (Coverage Map). The move would come with a change in originating station to Midwest Communications’ 550 WSAU Wausau.
South of Boston, Horizon Christian Fellowship seeks an upgrade of 102.1 W271CG Quincy, MA from 4 watts at 145.8 meters to 10 watts at 244 meters (Coverage Map).
Beasley Broadcasting’s CP for 94.3 W232CI Fayetteville, NC applies to increase to 250 watts at 98 meters (Coverage Map). W232CI will rebroadcast Standards 1490 WAZZ.
Educational Media Foundation applies for 95.1 K236AW Lancaster, CA to upgrade from 10 to 165 watts at 247 meters (Coverage Map). The translator will rebroadcast a subchannel of Clear Channel’s 103.5 KOST Los Angeles.
Bible Broadcasting has applied to drop 103.3 W277AM Biddeford, ME’s CP to relocate to Portland from 99 to 19 watts at 80 meters in order to remove the translator’s directional pattern (Coverage Map). W277AM is licensed to rebroadcast Saga’s Standards “1490 The Bay” WBAE.

Family Life Ministries and Equinox Broadcasting are swapping translators in Binghamton, NY. 98.7 W254BH Binghamton with 250 watts at 121.9 meters (Coverage Map) goes to Equinox while 102.9 W275BC Chenango Bridge goes to Family Life. W275BC operates with 57 watts at 128.9 meters (Coverage Map).
Bryan Broadcasting continues to bulk up on translators in its home Bryan/College Station market. Bryan purchases the CP for 102.7 K274CM College Station from American Educational Broadcasting for $95,000. K274CM will operate with 99 watts at 174.7 meters rebroadcasting an HD subchannel of 95.1 KNDE (Coverage Map).
The University of Oregon is exercising its option to purchase the CP of 92.7 K224EU Corvalis, OR for $33,500. K224EU will broadcast with 5 watts at 318.7 meters (Coverage Map) rebroadcasting 91.1 KWAX Eugene.
Emporia’s Radio Stations are purchasing 96.9 K245BQ Emporia, KS from Great Plains Christian Radio for $20,000. K245BQ will operate with 170 watts at 69.8 meters rebroadcasting 1400 KVOE (Coverage Map)

Following the flip of 96.1 KPXR Opportunity, WA back to Country “Kix“, the station has changed calls to KIIX.
93.7 KANY Montesano, WA and 107.3 KLSY Cosmopolis, WA have swapped calls as 93.7’s format moves to 107.3.
With 93.9 WAYI Sellersburg, IN changing to WLCL as Way Media’s LMA ends, 104.3 WAYG Charlestown has picked up the WAYI call letters.
Sorenson Pacific Broadcasting’s 97.9 KRSI Garapan-saipan, Marianas Islands has picked up the KPXP calls dropped by sister 99.5 KZGU Mangilao, Guam last month.
Kankakee Valley Broadcasting’s new CP at 98.3 Culver, IN is granted WYMR, while Owensville Communications new 102.1 Port Angeles, WA becomes KSTI.
The FCC has released its monthly list of all call sign changes for April.
