A few weeks after being let go as PD/Afternoon Host of Rock 93.3 KDKB Phoenix following its flip to Alternative, Paul ‘Neanderpaul’ Marshall is returning to Hubbard’s Phoenix group as night host at Classic Rock 100.7 KSLX.
With Marshall’s addition in the 7-11pm slot, night host Randi Scott will move to 10am to 2pm enabling Program Director Jim Owen to come off-air. The new schedule will go into effect on Monday, October 13.
Radio station KSLX-FM (100.7 KSLX) has hired Phoenix radio veteran, Paul “Neanderpaul” Marshall, to take over control of the 7PM to 11PM Rock Zone. Night time goddess Randi Scott moves to the 10AM to 2PM slot, effective October 13th, 2014.
In making the announcement, Program Director Jim Owen, commented, “Expect the night show to become more listener interactive and feature a lot of great music with Paul’s unique style. Randi Scott gets to display her special personality while the sun is up, giving workplaces around the Valley even more reason to crank up KSLX.”
Paul Marshall, impatiently waiting to get back in the saddle, said, “I want to thank KSLX Program Director, Jim Owen, VP-Market Manager, Trip Reeb, and Hubbard, for allowing me to achieve my dream of being Alice Cooper’s opening act.” Randi Scott added, “Here comes the sun! Although I’ll miss “Gettin the Led Out” the vision the brain trust at Hubbard Broadcasting has for me is exciting.”
