Eagle Communications has begun to make changes at its North Platte NE cluster following the acquisition of Classic Country 93.5 KZTL Paxton and Classic Rock “Rock 100” 100.7 KRNP Sutherland from Legacy Communications.
Northpine reports that KZTL has rebranded as “Z93.5” and moved to a current based Country format. While retaining the Big D & Bubba morning show, the remainder of “Q Country 107.3” KNPQ Hershey’s airstaff has moved to KZTL. Both stations are currently airing the same music logs, with KNPQ running sweepers redirecting listeners to 93.5.
“Rock 100” KRNP rebranded earlier this month as “Flat Rock 100.7“. The move has come with a shift to a slightly older playlist focusing mainly on music from the 70s and 80s.
