Locally Owned Radio has completed the restructuring of its Twin Falls cluster as Country “106.7 The Canyon” KYUN Hailey, ID has moved to the 102.1 frequency vacated by Rock “I-Rock 105.1” earlier this year. Following a call letter exchange that allowed the company to launch Hot AC “Q106.7” KIRQ. Positioned as “A Better Mix Of Music”, KIRQ is taking direct aim at Magic Valley Media Hot AC “Hot 100” 99.9 KBDX Burley.
INSTANT INSIGHT: With “Q106.7” launching without a web presence despite Q1067FM.com being registered in October, Magic Valley Media has gone on the offensive with Q1067Idaho.com and Q1067FM.net hosting a promotional page for “Hot 100“.
