Less than four months after Inner Banks Media flipped Variety Hits “G97.9” W250CJ Winterville/Greenville and 94.3 WRHD-HD2 Farmville NC to Soft AC “Easy 97.9“, the format wheel will spin again on Monday, November 20.
This time W250CJ will flip to Urban AC as “Fresh 97.9” under new Program Director/Midday host Brian ‘B’ Paiz. W250CJ will also carry the syndicated Russ Parr Morning Show and Keith Sweat Hotel starting in January. The new format will compete directly with Beasley Media’s market leading “101.9 Kiss-FM” WIKS New Bern.
Inner Banks Media also owns Talk 94.1 WNBU Oriental/New Bern, Sports “94.3 The Game” WRHD Farmville/Greenville, Country “Thunder Country 96.3” WRHT Morehead City, and News/Talk 103.7 WTIB Williamston/Greenville in the wide ranging Greenville/New Bern/Jacksonville market.
