Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
Sell radio advertising campaigns and digital marketing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Create customized advertising proposals that deliver results.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Represent La Mega and AMR Broadcasting professionally within the business community.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience required (media, advertising, or radio sales preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
