Alpha Media has appointed James Steele as Program Director at Alternative “103.3 The App” K277CX Terrell Wells/KTFM-HD2 Floresville/San Antonio TX.
Steele, who will continue to serve as APD/Afternoon Host at CHR “107.1 The Monkey” WXYK Gulfport MS, has previously programmed Alternative “96X” WROX Norfolk VA. Steele has also previously worked in the Melbourne, West Palm Beach and Orlando markets and doing freelance audio production and voiceover.
Pat ‘DJ Grooves’ Cerullo who had been programming K277CX will continue to program CHR “Energy 94.1” KTFM and Variety Hits “102.7 Jack-FM” KJKX for Alpha Media San Antonio.

Steele joined Alpha Media in 2015 and currently hosts PM Drive on 107.1 The Monkey in Biloxi-Gulfport, MS. You can also hear his voice on a number of stations throughout the country. Steele is an award-winning radio producer and personality who has received multiple accolades for community service, charity events, and branding campaigns. Previously, as Program Director of WROX-FM, Steele and his team turned the station into a ratings power house with a focus on branding, community, and music flow.
