Hubbard’s “New Country 92.3” WIL-FM St. Louis began branding again as simply “92.3 WIL” this morning.
WIL-FM had begun using the “New Country 92.3” branding in January 2017. It is retaining the “New Country” moniker as part of its “New Country for the STL” positioning. No additional changes to the airstaff, which has seen a few shakeups already this year, accompanied the change.
WIL-FM had a 4.9 share in the September 2020 Nielsen Audio ratings keeping it ahead of iHeartMedia’s “93.7 The Bull” KSD-FM’s 4.3 share.
