Original Report 11/2: Flood Communications has announced it is purchasing Platte River Radio’s five stations in Hastings and Kearney NE.
Flood, which owns ten radio stations across the state and the statewide “NewsChannel Nebraska” and “Telemundo Nebraska” LPTV networks, will add AC “94.5 The Breeze” KLIQ Hastings, Classic Hits “Power 99” 98.9 KKPR-FM Kearney, News/Talk 1230 KHAS/104.1 K281CW Hastings, “ESPN Tri-Cities” 1460 KXPN/92.1 K221GM Kearney and 1550 KICS/92.7 K224FK Hastings serving the Hastings/Kearney/Grand Island area.
