Cox Media Group SVP/Audience & Programming Chris Eagan is exiting to join Hubbard Chicago as Vice President of Brand and Content overseeing Millennial Hits “Throwback 100.3” WTBC-FM and Hot AC “101.9 The Mix” WTMX.
Eagan had been with Cox since 2008 rising from Program Director of AC “Star 99.9” WEZN Bridgeport CT from 2008-2012, then PD of AC “B98.5” WSB-FM and Classic Rock “97.1 The River” WSRV from 2012 to 2021 adding roles as AC/Hot AC Format Leader in 2016 and Senior Director of Operations for their Atlanta cluster in 2018. He has led the company’s programming since 2021.
