Bonneville News/Talk 1160 KSL/102.7 KSL-FM Salt Lake City has launched “Midday with Maria Shilaos” from 12-3pm.
The show will be an expansion of KSL’s Noon News and focus on “news stories of the day with a specific goal of connecting with those who the news affects most”. Shilaos has been with KSL since 1991 where she anchored “Utah’s Afternoon News” until 2016 and has hosted “Utah’s Noon News” & KSL Greenhouse Show since.
She commented, “This new show gives us the opportunity to spend more time with thought-provoking stories and zero in how they affect you and your family. The news can often seem heavy, so this gives a chance to lighten the load a bit and bring listeners heartwarming stories.”

The show replaces “Inside Sources”, which has had guest hosts since Boyd Matheson departed last November.
