After closing on their $870,000 purchase of AC “93R” 93.9 WRRR-FM St. Mary’s/Parkersburg and Classic Rock 92.3 WXCR New Martinsville WV last month, Hometown Media flipped WRRR-FM to Classic Country.
Retaining the “93R” brand, WRRR-FM is utilizing Westwood One’s “Nash Icon” network programming. Two talents from new sister Country “C98.3 The Bull” WCEF Ripley will pull double-duty with both morning host Sean Allen and afternoon host Linda Lou being heard on WRRR-FM.
