Audacy has promoted Brett Andrews to Brand Manager of Hot AC “99.1 The Mix” WMYX Milwaukee.
Andrews had been serving as Assistant Brand Manager and afternoon host on WMYX since last July in addition to Brand Manager of Hot AC “Mix 105.1” WMHX Waunakee/Madison and Assistant Brand Manager of CHR “103.7 Kiss-FM” WXSS Wauwatosa/Milwaukee. He will maintain all those roles, however in Madison he will also move from mornings at Classic Hits 94.9 WOLX Baraboo to afternoons on WMHX.
Andrews previously served as SVP/Programming for iHeartMedia Madison and Milwaukee until exiting in January. He joined iHeart Milwaukee in 2015 as Program Director for Classic Hits “95.7 Big-FM” WRIT-FM and formerly programmed CHR “97.3 Now” WRNW-FM. He added oversight of CHR “Z104” WZEE Madison in 2020 and hosted mornings on WRIT-FM and tracked shifts for iHeartMedia stations across the country. Andrews previously hosted nights at WXSS in 2007 along with stints at KFRX Lincoln NE, KZCH Wichita, and afternoons at “Hot 97.5” KVEG Las Vegas. He joined iHeartMedia in 2010 as Assistant Program Director of CHR “Z100” KKRZ and Rhythmic CHR “Wild 107.5” KXJM Portland before rising to Program Director. He moved to St. Louis to program CHR “Z107.7” KSLZ and Rhythmic CHR “Wild 104.9” KBWX from 2013 to 2015 prior to his move to Milwaukee.
