After stunting since Wednesday with all-Taylor Swift, Beasley Media relaunched CHR “HD 98.3” WHHD Clearwater SC/Augusta GA as “Party 98.3” at 5pm today.
The company states that the rebrand from HD 98.3 to Party “marks a bold new chapter, creating an exciting brand centered around today’s biggest hit music, lifestyle content, community involvement, and fun listener experiences”. It is launching with a commercial-free July 4 weekend and will have a “Free Gas Friday” on Friday, July 10. The company will support the relaunch with a comprehensive marketing campaign featuring social media engagement, on-air promotion, digital outreach, and street-level visibility throughout the community.
Beasley Chief Content Officer Justin Chase said, “Party 98.3 is all about creating an exciting, energetic brand that connects with today’s listeners both on-air and beyond the radio dial. This rebrand allows us to deliver a more powerful music experience, create meaningful connections with our audience, and provide innovative opportunities for our advertising partners. We’re excited to officially invite listeners to the party.”
