With Cumulus Media in the process of selling “Sports Radio 96.7” WLLF Mercer PA to Family Life Ministries, the company has announced plans to relocate the station’s programming.
WLLF’s programming will move to 103.9 WWIZ West Middlesex PA replacing AC “Z104“. WWIZ was known during its former Oldies format for being one of the first stations in the country to go all-Christmas each year including a three year stretch where it was the first from 2019 through 2021. Both signals focus on Mercer County PA, but WWIZ puts in a better signal into Youngstown proper.
Moving from 96.7 to 103.9 when the change happens will be the station’s play-by-play of MLB’s Pittsburgh Pirates, NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins, University of Pittsburgh, and Westwood One’s national NFL coverage.
