Serina Perez Exits Rebranded Tino Cochino Show

Lance Ventaby Lance Venta
October 12, 2026

Serina Perez Tino CochinoMultiple changes are being made at YEA Networks’ “Tino Cochino Radio” as co-host Serina Perez has exited after a six year run.

Perez joined the show full-time in December 2020 after a decade at CBS Radio/Audacy Phoenix where she rose from a promotions assistant to holding multiple on-air roles at CHR “Live 101.5” KALV-FM and Country 107.9 KMLE. In a video announcing her departure she said, “I don’t know what this next chapter holds but I know how incredibly grateful I am for the people around me, the family and friends who continue to show up for me. I’ve received so many words of encouragement from people and leaders in this business that have meant more to me than they probably realize.”

The Tino Cochino Show addressed her exit this morning with a written social media post that stated, “Today marks the end of a chapter as Serina is no longer a part of The Tino Cochino Show. Serina has been a huge part of this show and this journey for many years. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she brought to the show – her energy, her personality, her contributions and the many laughs and memories we’ve shared along the way. We genuinely wish Serina nothing but success and happiness in her future endeavors. The Tino Cochino Show is entering an exciting new era, and we can’t wait to share what’s ahead with you all. Thank you, Serina.”

Cochino also addressed her exit on-air noting, “I feel extremely grateful for everything she contributed over the past six years. We made really engaging radio and content, but as with everything chapters end and we have made the decision to move in a different direction with the show but its all about evolution and growing. At the end of the day we want it to be noted and shared that we respect Serina an all the years that we spent together and I wish her nothing but success in whatever she chooses to do next.”

He also noted that the show has changed its name from “Tino Cochino Radio” to “The Tino Cochino Show” as it continues to diversify its distribution and how listeners consume it with an upcoming YouTube simulcast being added. Multiple new ‘cast members’ will be added in the coming weeks as well.
