Update 7/15: As John Davis mentioned below in the comments, the stations have filed for STA’s to permit their time off the air. The filing counters the the statement of programming retooling by stating that the owners of the station are dealing with medical situations.
THE HUSBAND AND WIFE PRINCIPALS OF THE LICENSEE RECENTLY EXPERIENCED PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING MEDICAL SITUATIONS, THAT HAVE TEMPORARILY COMPROMISED THEIR ABILITY TO OVERSEE THE STATION WITH THE SAME DEGREE TO WHICH THEY ARE ACCUSTOMED AND COMFORTABLE. AS A RESULT, THE LICENSEE BELIEVES THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION IS TO TEMPORARILY CEASE OPERATIONS. THE LICENSEE EXPECTS TO RE-COMMENCE FULL OPERATIONS IN APPROXIMATELY 10-12 WEEKS.
Original Report 7/12: Power Country Inc. is taking their trio of stations off the air tonight.
92.1 WNFK Perry, 102.1 WQLC Watertown, and 960 WGRO Lake City, which all currently simulcast as “Power Country” will suspend operations at 7:00pm this evening until the fall.
Station GM Scott Savage claims the suspension of operations is to “re-tool its country music format into a much more dynamic and improved radio product.” The stations serve Northern Florida northwest of Gainesville where the peninsula meets the panhandle.

The Silent STA filed with the FCC says the husband and wife who own the stations have been dealing with personal and medial issues that are keeping their attention away from the station. That makes more sense than just retooling the format. The STA asks for 10-12 weeks.
This appears to be the same person appointed as receiver in the Tama stations. His website says he’s an expert at turning around distressed properties. He also offers to act as a GM and then recruit someone to run the place. Taking something dark is a little extreme, but it may not have been his call.
