FCC Radio Station Application Construction Permit Translator 1310 WDTW DetroitPedro Zamora’s silent 1310 WDTW Dearborn/Detroit, MI applies to rebuild the six tower array that had been https://radioinsight.com/blog/headlines/89908/mmtc-sells-wdtw-detroit/“>demolished by former owner Clear Channel prior to the company donating it to the Minority Media & Telecom Council in 2012. WDTW will operate with the same 5kW day and night patterns it previously utilized. Zamora purchased WDTW from the MMTC in August 2014 for $100,000.

Brunswick Station Trust Classic Hits “Big 92.7” WMOG St. Simons Island/Brunswick, GA holds a CP to increase from a Class A to C3, but now seeks to adjust the power and antenna height to 19.5kW at 113 meters (Coverage Map).

R&S Radio’s “Hot Country 94.7” WPHR-FM Gifford/Vero Beach, FL seeks to move to a new tower site with an increase in antenna height from 101 to 140 meters while remaining at 50kW (Coverage Map).

Three Notch Communications Country 103.7 WAAO-FM Andalusia, AL applies to increase from a Class A with 3kW at 100 meters to a Class C3 with 23kW at 104 meters from its current antenna height (Coverage Map).

Point Broadcasting Rhythmic Oldies “Old School 104.7” KQIE Redlands applies to modify its KQIE-1 booster from operating with 95 watts at 493 meters to 750 watts at -52 meters (Coverage Map).

New Station Grants

Fairfield Youth Academy has been granted a Construction Permit for 102.1 in Keosauqua, IA. The new non-commercial signal will operate with 25kW at 100 meters (Coverage Map).

Translator Moves

Way Media’s silent 92.5 K223CB Colorado Springs applies to move to 92.3 licensed to Pueblo West with 250 watts at 915 meters directionally pointed southeastward towards Pueblo (Coverage Map). K233CB will rebroadcast iHeartMedia’s 99.9 KVUU-HD2.

Family Life Ministries 95.7 W239BA North Tonawanda, NY seeks to relocate to Niagara Falls with an increase to 250 watts at 150 meters continuing to rebroadcast 88.3 WCOU Attica (Coverage Map).

Southeast of Pittsburgh, Broadcast Communications CP for 92.1 W221CX Irwin, PA applies to move to 92.3 with 100 watts at 143 meters rebroadcasting 620 WKHB Irwin (Coverage Map).

iHeartMedia’s “94.3 MyFM” W232BO Tallahassee applies to relocate to 94.5 with 105 watts at 178 meters continuing to rebroadcast 1270 WNLS Tallahassee (Coverage Map).

Azure Media’s 107.7 W299AU Zolfo Springs, FL seeks to move to 107.5 in Avon Park where it will operate with 240 watts at 116 meters rebroadcasting Azure’s Gospel “WGBCFM” 1390 WFHT Avon Park (Coverage Map).

Walker Broadcasting & Communications Alternative “98.5 The Edge” K253BD Lubbock applies to move to 98.7 with 99 watts at 175 meters continuing to be fed by 1420 KJDL Lubbock (Coverage Map).

Bristol Broadcasting’s CP for 106.1 W291CP Blountville, TN applies to relocate to Kingsport with 235 watts at 58 meters rebroadcasting 99.3 WEXX Elizabethton (Coverage Map).

Bott Radio’s CP for 100.1 K261EE Wellington, KS seeks a move to 100.3 with 250 watts at 101 meters rebroadcasting Johnson Enterprises News/Talk 1130 KLEY Wellington.

    WDTW to rebuild the 6 towers taken down? Maybe someone can tell Nurse Jeff and me how to run this video backwards: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gskUrvJKT4 Then the next logical thing to do is change the calls to WWTF, as none of this makes any sense!
