“CBS Sports 1140” KHTK Sacramento is shuffling its lineup and resetting back to its previous “Sports 1140 KHTK” moniker.
Starting July 8, morning host Don Geronimo will shift back to middays from 12-3pm along with co-hosts Drew Hoffar and Little Joe Pittman. The rest of Geronimo’s team, Joe Ardinger, Mark “Phantom” Lowe, and Craig Harless are departing the station.
The morning slot will be taken over by former KHTK host Carmichael Dave, who had been let go by the company last year. He will be joined by Keith “Boondock” Brooks, who currently hosts afternoons at sister Rhythmic CHR 102.5 KSFM. The new show will run from 5:30 to 9am, as the 9:00 hour is added to Jim Rome’s syndicate show so that all three hours air live on KHTK. Current 12-3pm host Jason Ross will remain with the station in a yet to be announced role.
I've never been afraid of change, and am thrilled to be going back to 12-3 starting next Mon on KHTK. I'm also getting back into local tv…
