Forever Media has flipped a pair of stations in State College, PA.
News/Talk 103.1 WRSC-FM has moved back to its historical home at 1390 AM after nearly six years on FM. 1390 had most recently been airing CBS Sports Radio programming as “1390 The Fanatic“.
The move of WRSC back to AM clears way for the launch of Classic Hits “Happy 103“. Billed as “Music That Makes You Happy”, the name comes from the region’s nickname of The Happy Valley. Pat Urban, who had been hosting middays at sister Rock “93.7 The Bus” WBUS Boalsburg, will take the morning show slot on “Happy 103.1“.
