We’re looking for a Production Lead – On Air Personality for our commercial production department to help our clients build strong, memorable brands across radio and digital platforms.Join the vibrant team at Amaturo Sonoma Media Group, a top-rated local media and entertainment company that offers a wide range of services, including radio, print, digital, mobile marketing, and live event entertainment. General Responsibilities

Meet face-to-face with clients to guide them through the commercial production process and help bring their brand and message to life.
Develop creative advertising campaigns that connect with audiences and deliver results.
Write compelling commercial copy.
Produce high-quality radio and digital audio commercials.
Keep the production department organized and projects on schedule.
Collaborate with our sales and programming teams to ensure exceptional client service.
Assist with station imaging, promotional campaigns, and other programming projects as needed.
Opportunity for On-Air/Programming responsibilities based on experience and interest
Key Qualifications

Strong copywriting and creative storytelling skills.
Experience producing and editing digital audio with Adobe Audition.
Working knowledge of WideOrbit Radio Automation.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Base: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year DOE
Benefits: Medical/Dental, Vacation, 401k, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off
