After its sale to Compass Radio Group did not close, Fidelity Broadcasting has resold AC “94.5 The Tide” WYEZ Murrells Inlet and Soft AC “Easy 105.9/100.7” WEVZ North Myrtle Beach/WGTN-FM Andrews, SC to Byrne Acquisition Group for $1.316 million. Byrne owns Sports “105.5 The Roar” WCCP-FM/1560 WAHT Clemson SC, WBUW-TV Janesville WI, and an LPTV in Hilton Head Island.
810 Incorporated sells Brokered 810 WEDO McKeesport, PA to Broadcast Communications, Inc. for $175,000. Buyer Bob Stevens told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review he will pair WEDO with 92.3 W222CB Irwin consolidating programming currently heard on 770 WKFB Jeanette/97.5 W248AR Monroeville, which will launch a new music format serving Pittsburgh’s eastern suburbs.
Donald Pugh’s Eternity Media Group acquires Silent 1060 WLNO New Orleans from Stephen Sloan’s WLNO Trust for $1000 plus $90,000 to remove equipment from the station’s former tower site.
McKenzie River Broadcasting is purchasing the license assets of Stephanie Linn’s Country “K-Shell 97.5” KSHL Gleneden Beach, OR for $650,000. Not included in the sale are the call letters or intellectual property of the station, which holds a CP to move to Coburg in the Eugene market on 97.7. McKenzie owns three other FM’s in the Eugene market: Country “New Country 93.1” KKNU, AC “Mix 94.5” KMGE and Variety Hits “105.5 Bob-FM” KEUG.
Mark Jorgensen’s ACM Dallas V is assigning 990 KFCD Farmersville, TX to Vikram Shah Broadcasting for $800,000.
Rama Communications sells 1300 WMEL Cocoa Beach, FL to Will Standley’s 321 Corporation for $150,000. The former Talk programming of WMEL moved to Genesis Communications’ 1060 WIXC Titusville last month.
Team One Media sells 1400 WIRA Fort Pierce, FL to Caribbean Media Group for $350,000. The buyer began operating WIRA as a simulcast of soon-to-be sister “Radio Vision Nouvelle” 1600 WPOM Riviera Beach/West Palm Beach.
Richard and Gregg Wachtel are selling their shares in Shenandoah Communications to Michael Hornby for $600,000 plus the assumption of $74,829 in debt. Shenandoah owns News/Talk 740 WRNR/106.5 W293AM Martinsburg, WV. Hornby also has the option to purchase the W293AM tower site for $35,000 within five years of closing or $40,000 afterwards.
A. Wray Fitch’s Jackman Holding Company, LLC is transferring a 49% stake to wife Elizabeth Fitch for estate planning purposes. Jackman owns Alternative “107.1 The Zone” KLMZ Leadwood MO and Construction Permits for 99.5 Paragonah UT, 100.9 Cut Bank MT, and 105.7 Edgemont SD.

Bustos Media acquires the CP for 104.7 W284CI Milwaukee from Cornerstone Community Radio for $155,000. Bustos will rebroadcast Regional Mexican “La Gran D 104.7” WDDW Sturtevant/Milwaukee on the translator, which will relocate to 93.9.
Federated Media’s Pathfinder Communications Corporation acquires the CP for 100.9 W265CY Fort Wayne, IN from American Family Association for $85,000. W265CY will rebroadcast Sports “1380 The Fan” WKJG Fort Wayne.
iHeartMedia sells the CP for 96.9 W245CJ Wilmington, DE to Ritmo Communications for $60,000. Ritmo operates Spanish CHR “Supra 97” W246AQ Collingswood NJ/Philadelphia via Greater Media’s 97.5 WPEN-HD3.
W&B Broadcasting purchases 104.9 W285ER Middletown, KY from Anchor Radio of Louisville for $16,500. W285ER rebroadcasts Anchor’s Gospel “Praize Power 1350” WLOU Louisville.
Tabernacle Baptist Bible College is selling three of their South Carolina translator CPs to Ted McCall’s FMX LLC for $30,000. 95.1 W236CD Seneca, 98.5 W253BL Greenwood, and 107.7 W299BO Pickens will all be continued to be licensed to rebroadcast Tabernacle’s 91.5 WTBI-FM Greenville.
Midwest Family Broadcasting acquires 106.7 W294BX Benton Harbor, MI from Family Stations for $15,000. W294AX applied for an upgrade last week to 250 watts where it will rebroadcast Sports 1400 WSJM St. Joseph.
Omni Broadcasting sells 92.3 W222BR Pollard, AL to the Timothy James McEvoy Trust for $40,000. W222BR has concurrently applied for a Mattoon Waiver to relocate to Century, FL where it would rebroadcast Wilkins Communications Christian Preaching 1070 WNVY Cantonment/Pensacola.
Quality Properties, LLC acquires the CP for 101.5 W268BT Mountain View, AL from Way Media for $42,500 to rebroadcast their Regional Mexican 1090 WWGC Albertville.
Big Radio acquires 95.5 W238CB Darlington, WI from Edgewater Broadcasting for $9500. Big intends to rebroadcast Country 1280 WEKZ Monroe.
Edgewater also sold 98.5 K253BE Iowa City, IA to KZIA, Inc. for $40,000 to rebroadcast an HD subchannel of 102.9 KZIA Cedar Rapids. A previous sale to Calvary Chapel Iowa for $37,000 never closed.
American General Media’s Winton Road Broadcasting acquires 92.3 K222AD Cortez, CO from Southwest Colorado TV Translator Association for $2700. K222AD already rebroadcasts AGM’s News/Talk 740 KVFC Cortez.
Adrianna Aguirre buys the CP for 104.5 K283CB Ruidoso, NM from Community Translator Network. While the purchase price was excluded from the application, Aguirre intends to rebroadcast Hispanic Target Media’s “Radio Amigo 96.1” KALN Dexter/Roswell.
Evans Broadcast Company purchases the CP for 105.3 K287BK Verdi, NV from Your Christian Companion, Inc. for $1500. K287BK will rebroadcast Evans’ Classic Country “Cowboy Country 102.5” 1300 KCMY Carson City along with 102.5 K273AF.
Europa Communications acquires 102.9 W275AB Elmira, NY from GEOS Communications for $27,000. W275AB will rebroadcast Classic Hits “Cool 96.1” WPHD South Waverly, PA.
