Young Ron Brewer Exiting Paul & Young Ron Show

Paul Castronovo Young Ron Brewer Big 105.9 WBGG MiamiAfter 26 years and three stations, the Paul & Young Ron morning show will come to an end on Friday, December 16.

Ron Brewer announced he will depart the show on 12/16 to take “an extended vacation” with Paul Castronovo remaining in place. The show has aired on iHeartMedia Classic Rock “Big 105.9” WBGG-FM Fort Lauderdale/Miami since 2004 and is syndicated regionally to sister Hot Talk “Real Radio 94.3” WZZR Riviera Beach-West Palm Beach/101.7 WCZR Vero Beach.

The duo have been together in South Florida mornings since 1990 at 103.5 WSHE. The show then moved to “Zeta 94.9” WZTA in 1995 and then WBGG in 2004. Prior to being paired with Castronovo, Brewer worked at WYBB Charleston and WFYV Jacksonville among other stations.
