Townsquare Media has swapped morning hosts at two of its stations in Boise.
Carly Cash has moved from Country “104.3 Wow Country” KAWO to Hot AC “Mix 106” 105.9 KCIX, while Billy Jenkins and Charene Herrera. The move follows last month’s exit of Rick Dunn as Cash’s co-host after four years on the station. Jenkins and Herrera joined KCIX in June 2018 after spending four years together at Townsqure Country 94.9 KYSS Missoula MT.
Robert Feder reports that following last week’s closing of the sale of Tribune Media to Nexstar, the company has parted ways with News/Talk 720 WGN Chicago Vice President of Content and Programming and Station Manager Todd Manley. Manley joined WGN in 2013 and added the Station Manager duties in December 2017. He has also programmed KTRS St. Louis and held production roles at KPNT St. Louis, and WGN, WCKG and WXRT Chicago earlier in his career.
Max Media Rhythmic AC “Jammin 101.5” KJHM Watkins/Denver has moved voicetracker KJ Bland from weekends to afternoons replacing the same-day replay of the Larry & Kathie morning show from sister Hip-Hop “Flo 107.1” KFCO. Bland previously hosted middays at KRNB Dallas until the end of 2017 and has also served as MD/midday host at WMKS Greensboro NC and APD/midday host at WJMZ Greenville SC.
