Audacy Sports “105.7 The Fan” 1250 WSSP/W289CB Milwaukee WI and its “Wisconsin Sports Network” across the state will be debuting new morning programming as “Inside Wisconsin Sports” departs the network.

Former “97.3 The Game” WRNW Milwaukee morning host Steve Czaben will join the network to host a daily hour-long show with former Inside Wisconsin Sports co-host Josh Albrecht from 8-9am. Czaben anchored mornings on WRNW for much of its run as Sports from 2019 until last fall. He also had long runs at WTEM Washington DC, the One-On-One Sports, Fox Sports Radio and SBNation Radio networks, and was a longtime contributor to the “Bob & Brian” morning show on WHQG Milwaukee.

Albrecht, who previously served as a producer and host at WRNW, will also host “The Wisconsin Sports Wake-Up Call” from 6-8am. He will be joined by a different member of the network’s on-air team in the 7am hour daily.

InsideWisconsin.com owner ‘Trevor Thomas’ Ramseier will remain in mornings on Midwest Communications’ 99.7 WNFL Sturgeon Bay/1440 WDKF Green Bay. Ramseier shared on Facebook that they notified Audacy in March of their plans to remove the show from the network after June 30, “By notifying Audacy Milwaukee in March, this granted management at WSSP more than 3 months to work on what was next for them in morning drive, all while Inside Wisconsin Sports continued broadcasting live from Green Bay everyday leading up to the change, and will do so moving forward after the change.”
