Update 3pm: The KSEV sale has been withdrawn with Patrick telling the FCC, “The parties have mutually agreed to terminate the purchase agreement giving rise to this Application. Therefore, the parties are also withdrawing this Application.”

Chris Murray’s Georgia Radio Alliance Bear LLC purchases Country “92.5 The Bear” WEKS Zebulon NC from Legacy Media-South Atlanta for $1.305 million. Murray has managed the station for several years.
Joseph Earley’s Broadway Communications purchases AC 97.9 WVOK-FM Ohatchee/Anniston and Sports “1580 The Stadium” WTAZ Oxford AL from Chuck Woodard’s Woodard Broadcasting Company for $192,750. In a separate purchases the studio building and two transmitter sites from Raymond and Melody Woodard for $607,885.20. The buyer owns three LPTVs.
Open Sky Radio Corp. transfers 88.9 KBVD Alturas CA to Richard Dalton’s Audio Sanctuary Inc. for $3500. The buyer owns 91.5 KVYA Cedarville CA and “Nevada FM” 103.3 KNTC Tonopah NV.
