For $2.7 million Big Radio Pro purchases Standards 103.3 KZPO Lindsay/Visalia from the Estate of Linda Ware, the CP for 100.1 KNGS Coalinga from William Zawila, the CP for 106.9 KAAX Avenal from Avenal Educational Services, the CP for 94.7 KYAF Firebaugh from Central Valley Educational Services, and the CP for 102.1 KZPE Ford City/Bakersfield from the Estate of H.L. Charles. The buyer is a Bakersfield based Spanish language programmer and consultant.
Not yet filed with the FCC, Redrock Broadcasting has agreed to purchase Silent 102.3 KCDC La Verkin/St. George, UT from Ted Tucker’s Cochise Broadcasting. Headed by Craig Hanson, Redrock recently purchased Classic Hits 98.9 KRQX and also owns Hot AC “Mix 103.1” KURR in the St. George market.
Miracle Media Group is purchasing 1340 WROD/104.7 W284AV Daytona Beach, FL from Volusia Broadcasting Company for $300,000. Miracle Media began operating WROD/W284AV on January 1 when they flipped the stations to Classic Rock “The Rock Of Daytona“.
Cherry Creek Radio is converting its TBA of Montana Radio Company’s News/Talk 950 KCAP Helena, MT and 96.3 K242BB Helena into a purchase for $250,004. Cherry Creek has operated KCAP via Time Brokerage Agreement since October 2014.
Asheville Educational Association sells 91.3 WLFA Asheville, NC to Radio Training Network for $500,000. Radio Training Network has been operating WLFA as part of its Christian “His Radio” network since August 2003.

IB Communications purchases 98.1 W251AR Goshen, IN from Calvary Radio Network for $54,000. IB will rebroadcast their Regional Mexican “La Raza 1460” WKAM Goshen.
Martin Broadcasting acquires 107.7 K299BN Beaumont, TX from E-String Wireless for $70,000 to rebroadcast their Gospel 990 KZZB Beaumont.
Edgewater Broadcasting sells the CP for 104.3 K282BF Odessa, TX to Javier Flores for $40,000. Flores indicates he will rebroadcast his yet to sign-on 93.7 KWXW Kermit, TX.
