Nicolas Vicente’s Aasaa Media is acquiring 107.1 KEGH Woodruff/Salt Lake City from the SLC Divestiture Trust II for $1.8 million.
KEGH will become the third station of Vicente’s Regional Mexican “La Raza Media” Network joining 1550 KMRI West Valley City, which AASAA agreed to purchase in May and 1660 KXOL Brigham City, which Vicente owns under the Inca Communications banner.
AASAA has already begun operating KEGH via a Local Programming & Marketing Agreement and has flipped the station to Regional Mexican. KEGH previously was simulcasting Broadway Media Sports “ESPN 700” KALL Salt Lake City.
