Priority Radio sells two translator CPs. 104.5 W283BY Toms River NJ goes to World India Radio for $60,000 to rebroadcast 1310 WXMC Parsippany-Troy Hills NJ. 103.7 W279BA East New Market MD is sold to TLBC Holdings for $65,000 to rebroadcast Spanish CHR “La 1320” WVNZ Richmond VA on 101.7.

Eastern Shore Radio purchases 96.1 W241BZ Berryville VA from the Sister Sherry Lynn Foundation for $40,000. W241BZ will be paired with 1330 WESR Olney-Onancock in the AM translator waiver period.

Priority Communications, Edgewater Broadcasting and iHeartMedia made a three-way swap of translator Construction Permits. Priority’s 104.5 W283BU Du Bois PA will go to Edgewater, iHeart’s 94.9 W235BX Colliers WV goes to Priority, while Edgewater’s 100.3 K262CN Yuma AZ heads to iHeart.

Maine Public Broadcasting Network acquires 106.1 W291CO Bangor ME from the Estate of Dan Priestly for $130,000. W291CO will rebroadcasting the Classical programming from 90.9 WMEH-HD2 Bangor.

Vision Communications acquires 100.3 K262CF Kansas City KS from EMF for $30,000. K262CF will be moved to Springfield MO to rebroadcast Vision’s Conservative Talk 1340 KICK. EMF also sells the CP for 94.5 W233BZ Nelsonville OH to WCLT Radio for $30,000 and will rebroadcast Sports 1430 WCLT Newark OH on 98.7.

Prospect Communications sells 98.7 W254BW Mount Pleasant TN to Flinn Broadcasting for $37,500 to rebroadcast Southern Gospel 1240 WAVN Southaven MS/Memphis TN.

Refuge Media Group sells a pair on Minnesota translators. 100.5 K263AL Madison goes to Q Media Group for $75,000 to rebroadcast Classic Country 1250 KCUE Red Wing. 103.9 W280AA Silver Bay is sold to K&M Broadcasting for $60,000 to rebroadcast News/Talk 1460 KDWA Hastings.

First Ventures Capital Partners continues its sell-off of its translator assets with three more sale filings. La Zeta 95.7 Inc. purchases 91.7 K219LA (CP to move to 92.1) Parsons KS for $37,500. Mid-West Family Broadcasting gains 91.9 W220DR (CP to move to 92.1) Neillsville WI for $37,500. Starcom purchases 95.1 K236BB Fort Dodge IA for $39,450 to rebroadcast 1150 KASM Albany MN.

David Magnum, 49% percent owner of Sister Grace Inc., is buying out partner Christopher Londo’s stake in the company’s eleven translators for $3000 each. Town And Country Broadcasting purchases 101.7 W269CM Paw Paw MI from Edgewater Broadcasting for $32,000. W269CM will be moved to Ohio to rebroadcast either 1090 WKFI Wilmington or 1130 WEDI Eaton.

Fruit Broadcasting purchases the CP for 101.7 W269CQ Bloomer WI from David Stout for $40,000. W269CQ will rebroadcast Standards 1450 WRCO Richland Center WI.

Benne Broadcasting acquires 102.9 K275CD Bolivar MO from Community Broadcasting for $25,000 to rebroadcast Country 1200 KYOO Bolivar.

Radio Elberton purchases Silent 105.3 W287CM (app to move to 99.7) Elberton GA from Georgia-Carolina Radiocasting for $50,000. The buyer is in the process of acquiring 1400 WSGC and 105.3 WSGC-FM Elberton from the seller.

Gradick Communications buys 99.5 W258AM Five Points GA from Augusta Radio Fellowship for $25,000 to rebroadcast News/Talk 1330 WLBB Carrollton.

Hispanic Family Christian Network sells the CP for 104.3 K282BK Placerville CA to Edgewater Broadcasting for $40,000.

Clarke Broadcasting acquires 102.7 K274CG Sonora CA from Discover Life Seventh Day Adventist Church for $5000. K274CG will rebroadcast the buyer’s News/Talk 1450 KVML Sonora.

Station Sales

Educational Media Foundation is donating 1290 WCCC West Hartford CT to University of Northwestern – St. Paul. The recipient, who owns Christian stations in eight Upper Midwest markets, will use WCCC as a satellite of Christian Preaching “Faith Radio” 900 KTIS Minneapolis.

Mapleton Communications sells Adult Standards “1050 The Key” KEYF Dishpan/Spokane WA to Thomas Read’s Liberty Broadcasting System for $125,000. Mapleton will retain the KEYF call letters and intellectual property of the station. Liberty owns Christian 106.5 KSPO Dishman and Standards/Conservative Talk 630 KTRW Opportunity in the Spokane market.

Delma Patrick Dixon’s Clinton Sampson Radio Company sells Oldies/Beach 1170 WCLN Clinton NC to Karen Ann Davis for $312,500.

San Antonio based Texas Public Radio acquires Silent 1450 KCTI Gonzales TX from Gonzales Communications for $90,000. KCTI will become a satellite of Public News/Talk 89.1 KSTX San Antonio.
