Love where you work in Hawaii! H. Hawaii Media – Kauai is seeking a reliable, responsible, and relatable Operations Manager to join our team. This hands-on position requires a self-motivated individual who can oversee daily station operations while ensuring our broadcast facilities remain in top condition. Applicants should have the ability to perform basic radio station equipment maintenance and repairs, including responding to technical issues that may arise during evenings, weekends, or other non-traditional hours. A professional on-air presence, strong communication skills, and proficiency in commercial production are essential. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for local radio, a commitment to excellence, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced broadcasting environment.

Previous radio operations, programming, or engineering experience is preferred.

Great opportunity for the next small market big personality to take control of five FMs on Kauai. A market where local radio matters and radio personalities are the stars. Our office suite includes two studios available for on-air, production, imaging, and podcasting.

Oversee the sound on all stations, social media, promotions, community events & podcasts. This is an opportunity to build your brand (as well as a team of part-timers and interns,) while immersing yourself in a community where you make a difference. There are also large talent fees $$ available on the island for the right individual.

Compensation includes a salary (DOE) plus live read talent fees, and health insurance!
