East Valley Institute Of Technology CHR “90.7/92.7 The Goldmine” KVIT Apache Junction/K224CJ Phoenix has flipped to Dance as “The Pulse“.
The station joins “C89.5” KNHC Seattle in the realm of high school stations programming a Dance format. KVIT launched in January 2011 and added the 92.7 translator giving it coverage of Phoenix proper in May 2012.
The student run programming will also extend online. The station’s new Facebook page describes the new format as, “Teen Pulse Radio is the newest online radio station, news/gossip, and video source for teens. Completely run by teens, for teens, get the latest news, gossip, viral videos, and more.
