When Hog Radio closes on its acquisition of Variety Radio Group Soft AC “Variety 106.5” KBVA Bella Vista/Fayetteville AR on Tuesday, August 1, it will relaunch the station as “Lite 106.5“.
The station will position itself as “The Best Variety of Timeless Classics” while the Westside Eagle-Observer reports that the company “promises only minor changes.”
Hog Radio purchased KBVA in April for $1.15 million. It will become the company’s fifth station in the Fayetteville market joining Country “96.7 The Coyote” KCYT, Sports “ESPN 99.5” KAKS/1290 KUOA, and Classic Hits “Star 101.5” KFMD.
