Robert Ingstad, Todd Ingstad, and Tallie Ingstad Colville are buying out the 25% stake of sister Tanya Ingstad Knudson in I3G Radio for $50,000. The three remaining siblings will increase their holdings in the company from 25% to 33.3%. I3G Radio LLC owns Farm “AG News 890” KQLX and Farm/Country “Thunder 106.1” KQLX-FM Lisbon/Fargo ND.

I3G Radio will then purchase cousin Brooke Ingstad’s Radio Wahpeton-Breckenridge’s Country 1450 KBMW and Hot AC “B92.7” KBMW-FM Breckenridge MN for $925,000. Brooke Ingstad had purchased what became KBMW-FM from Robert Ingstad’s Basin Mediactive in 2016. for $275,000 and 1450 KBMW from her father James Ingstad’s Radio FM Media for $300,000. An LMA for the two stations started on September 1.

Aasen Publishing sells Talk 1150 KIMM and 106.7 K294BT Rapid City SD to Nate Brown’s Black Hills Broadcasting for $175,000. Brown currently hosts the 2-4pm SportsTalk with Nate Brown on the station and will take over operations via Time Brokerage Agreement on October 30.

B. Ray Carpenter’s Tri-Star Media LLC is purchasing the CP for 1490 KZEZ Santa Clara UT from Americast Media for $12,500 and forgiveness of a loan to Rockwell Media Services. Tri-Star will also acquire 102.7 K274CQ St. George UT from Community Education Foundation for $40,000 to rebroadcast KZEZ. Americast Media, Rockwell Media Services, and Community Education Foundation are all owned by Morgan Skinner.

Screen Door Broadcasting sells 94.3 KPOP Hartshorne and 100.3 K262CS McAlester OK to Nancy and Mark Fitzgerald’s Heartbeat Oklahoma LLC for $100,000.

Amaturo Sonoma Media Group will purchase 94.5 K233CM Petaluma CA from One Ministries for $100,000. K233CM will rebroadcast News/Talk 1350 KSRO Santa Rosa.
