Great Plains Media CHR “105.9 Kiss-FM” KKSW Lawrence KS has added Joshua James as 10am-3pm midday host. James previously spent five years at Steel City Media Country “Q104” 104.3 KBEQ Kansas City including time in afternoons.
KKSW 105.9 KISS, the #1 hit music station in NE Kansas, welcomes new midday host Joshua James to the on-air lineup. Joshua James has worked in the Kansas City market since 2006.

Mat Bates has exited his position as Program Director of Cumulus Media AAA 104.5 KFOG San Francisco/97.7 KFFG Los Altos CA after just ten months. The former ‘Mat Diablo’ previously programmed Alternative “91X” XETRA-FM San Diego, “100.3 The X” KQXR Boise, and 100.9 KRZQ Reno
Another Cumulus programmer exiting is Jay Michaels. Michaels programmed CHR “Energy 93.9” WYRG and Classic Hits 104.5 WJJK Indianapolis after joining the company in July 2012. He oversaw 93.9’s rise a 1.7 share to leading the Indianapolis market with a 7.7 share in its first full ratings period after flipping from CHR to Classic Hip-Hop in December 2014. Three years later the station returned to CHR.
Sunny 103.7″ WILT Wrightsville Beach/Wilmington NC after five years with the station for an un-yet announced OM/PD position in Raleigh. Edwards has previously worked at WDCG Raleigh, WKSE Buffalo, WMGS Wilkes-Barre, KZQZ San Francisco, WLNK Charlotte, and WWZZ/WWVZ Washington DC during his career.
JVC Media has added Lisa Kitchener as General Sales Manager for its Orlando FL stations.
Kitchener previously served as National Sales Manager and General Sales Manager for Clear Channel Fort Myers from 1994-2008 and General Sales Manager for Clear Channel Orlando from 2013-2017. She has also worked as VP/Affiliate Sales for Triton Media and Sales Marketing Manager for Flagler Broadcasting.
