Following his departure from middays at Hubbard Classic Rock 100.7 KSLX Phoenix last month for a “very special gig”, Paul ‘Neanderpaul’ Marshall is joining Audacy’s “98 Rock” KRXQ Sacramento as morning host.
Marshall will debut as host of “The Paul Marshall Show” on Monday, June 24 from 6-10am filling the opening created by Jason Bailey’s exit in March. Marshall previous worked at KRXQ as Music Director and afternoon host from 2001 to 2004 marking a return to the station.
He stated, “I am humbled by the opportunity to rejoin 98 Rock. Huge thanks to the Audacy brain trust that deemed me the guy for the gig, namely Jeff Sottolano, Dave Richards, Vince Richards and Stacey Kauffman. I look forward to working alongside a great group led by Aaron Roberts. I’m stoked to get back to Sac!”

Marshall had been in Phoenix for the past fourteen years first as PD/afternoon host at Rock 93.3 KDKB until its flip to Alternative in 2014. He then moved to KSLX where he spent time in nights, moved to mornings in 2015, and has hosted middays since April 2023. During his long storied Rock radio career, Marshall has also worked at WAAF and WBCN Boston, WMFS-FM Memphis, WCKW New Orleans, WEGE Columbus, and KQRC Kansas City.
