Brent ‘Dingo’ Crank is departing his roles as morning host at iHeartMedia Country 102.1 WDRM Huntsville AL and afternoon host at 97.5 WAMZ Louisville KY.
In a Facebook post, he states, “This is my last week on 102.1 WDRM and 97.5 WAMZ! I will keep it short and sweet …. I LOVE Y’ALL! Julie, Kaitlyn, KB, Colt and myself all want to say Thank You for the support! Now we’re going to take some time to relax and to figure out our next adventure! Stay tuned and again THANK YOU!”
Crank has been part of the morning show at WDRM since October 2019, paired first with Dan McClain and Josie Lane and most recently with Blair Davis. He added afternoons at WAMZ in October 2020 after previously hosting mornings in the market on SummitMedia Country “Q103.1” WQNU from July 2016 until his move to Huntsville. He has also hosted mornings at KSWG Wickenburg AZ, KFIN Jonesboro AR, and WGTR Myrtle Beach in his career.
