Beasley Media Country 99.5 WQYK Tampa afternoon host Kevin ‘KC’ Cummings will add afternoons at CHR “Kiss 95.1” WNKS Charlotte and Hot AC “102.7 VGS” KVGS Las Vegas starting Monday, August 19.
Cummings had joined WQYK in March after a previous 23 year run with the company at Rhythmic CHR “Wild 94.1” WLLD where he rose through the ranks from promotions to weekends, nights, and afternoons under the on-air name ‘Stiffy’.
He shared, “Itâs crazy to think that a year ago I was out of radio and thought my career was over. Now Iâm in multiple markets. Life is crazy!! On top of being on @995qyk Iâll be on @kiss951wnks & @1027vgs from 3p-7p Monday-Friday. Trust the process, because He has a plan!”
At KVGS, KC fills the opening created following the layoff of Sammi Reeves earlier this month. Afternoons on WNKS had most recently been tracked by KCYE Las Vegas afternoon host Ransom Garcia.
