Collective Heads has announced that Local Media San Diego Director of Operations and Programming Joe Lindsay will join the consultancy.
Lindsay, who will also remain in his current position, is taking a more formal role with Collective Heads after collaborating with its partners for several years. Lindsay began his career as an intern and then Production Director for then Alternative 92.5 XHRM Tijuana/San Diego in 1995 and later held roles as Production Director and Commercial Production Coordinator for Clear Channel San Diego, Director of Broadcast Operations for Finest City Broadcasting, and then in his current role since 2010.
Collective Heads founder Tim Richards said, “Joe is an incredible media professional and one of the greatest minds in radio and marketing that I’ve had the good fortune of working with. We are beyond excited to officially welcome him to Collective Heads.”
Lindsay commented, “It’s truly an honor to be part of such a talented team,” said Joe Lindsay. “We’ve had some amazing wins with our clients over the past few years, and I’m excited to continue building on that momentum. The work has been both meaningful and rewarding for everyone involved.”
Collective Heads was launched in January by Richards, Jimmy Steal, and Heidi McIvor-Allen. Programmer Jim Lawson joined the trio in February.
