Christensen Broadcasting is expanding its holdings in Western Minnesota as the company has begun operating Adventures on The Air LLC’s Full Service Oldies “Q92” KLQP Madison MN via LMA.

Christensen, which closed on its $150,000 purchase of Connoisseur Media’s stations in Luverne MN and Madison SD earlier this year, also owns three stations in Pipestone MN. KLQP becomes the company’s eighth property.

The company wrote, “Christensen Broadcasting is excited to announce the acquisition of the radio station KLQP (Q92) Madison, MN. We are excited about helping to continue local radio in the area.
