Mile High Sports 94.1 1550 KDCO Golden Denver 92.9 Lubbock 98.9 WNBR Greenville Radio Station Translator SaleJust months after closing on its acquisition of “Mile High Sports” 1550 KDCO/94.1 K231BQ Golden/Denver, CO, 4-K’s LLLP is transferring the duo to Marco Broadcasting Company for $875,000. Marco is run by Marc “Uncle Kokua” Paskin, a former radio personality turned real estate investor/philanthropist.

In addition to acquiring 104.5 KMCQ Covington/Seattle for $7 million, Educational Media Foundation acquires one half of the Classic Country “Bear” simulcast in eastern North Carolina. 98.9 WNBR-FM Bethel/Greenville goes from Coastal Carolina Radio to EMF for $700,000.

In a deal not yet filed with the FCC, Mark Jensen’s MWB Broadcasting sells Classic Hits 1370 KAWL and AC “Mix 105” 104.9 KTMX York, NE to Nebraska Rural Radio Association.

Bankruptcy trustee Rodney Tow sells the CP for 105.5 Erie, IL/Clinton, IA to John Muhich’s JMRW, LLC. for $76,000.

Maui Media Initiative acquires “Mana’o Hana Hou Radio” 91.7 KMNO Wailuku, HI from Mana’o Radio for no consideration

Translator Sales

Township Media acquires the CP for 99.9 K260CB San Marcos, TX from Wendolynn Tellez for $10,000. K260CB will rebroadcast Sun Radio’s 88.9 KXMP Blowout.

Ramar Communications purchases 92.9 K225CB Levelland/Lubbock, TX from First Ventures Capital Partners for $52,500. K225CB holds a CP to relocate to 93.1 where it will rebroadcast an HD subchannel of Ramar’s 93.7 KXTQ-FM Lubbock.

First Ventures Capital Partners also sells 106.7 W294AT Macon, MS to Max One Communications for $10,000. Max One specifies American Family Association’s 92.5 WQST-FM Forest, MS as its intended originating station.

Educational Media Foundation acquires the CP for 93.5 K228FD Carmel Valley/Monterey, CA from Broadcast Towers, Inc. for $75,000. EMF will rebroadcast its programming from an HD subchannel of iHeartMedia’s 100.7 KPRC-FM Salinas.

Cornerstone Community Radio sells the CP for 101.5 W268BW Gainesville, FL to Manuel Arroyo for $38,000. W268BW will rebroadcast Ricardo Arroyo’s “Gold 99” 99.7 WGMA Silver Springs Shore.

Brunswick County Broadcasting purchases 95.1 W236AD Lawrenceville, VA from Positive Alternative Radio for $10,000. W236AD will rebroadcast Brunswick County’s pending acquisition of 105.5 WHLQ Lawrenceville.

Life On The Way Communications sells two of its translators. 90.9 K215CV Guymon, OK goes to Christian Ministries Of The Valley for $20,000 to rebroadcast 105.7 KBIC Raymondville, TX. 91.3 W217BB Hickory Point/Decatur, IL goes to West Central Michigan Ministries for $50,000 to rebroadcast 91.9 WGCP Cadillac, MI.

Western Inspirational Broadcasters sells silent 98.9 K255CE Elko, NV to Holiday Broadcasting of Elko for $12,300. Holiday has applied to relocate K255CE to a new location outside Elko where it will operate with 250 watts at 317 meters rebroadcasting Country 95.3 KRJC (Coverage Map).

Community Broadcasting sells 100.1 K261EE Wellington, KS to Johnson Enterprises for $20,000. K261EE has additionally applied to relocate to the tower of Johnson Enterprises’ “News Radio 1130” KLEY Wellington, which it will rebroadcast with 250 watts at 99 meters (Coverage Map).
