Jagger is leaving his dual roles at iHeartMedia New York to move to sister CHRs “Kiss 95.7” WKSS Hartford-Meridan and “KC 101” 101.3 WKCI New Haven CT as Program Director.
Jagger currently serves as Music Director at CHR “Z100” WHTZ and night host at Rhythmic Hot AC 103.5 WKTU. This marks a return to WKCI as he previously served as MD/afternoon host at the station until joining WKTU in 2006. He has also worked at WHOT Youngstown, WYOK Mobile, WNOU Indianapolis, KZHT Salt Lake City and others during his career. He also hosts the syndicated Weekend Throwdown with Jagger. He succeeds Zac Davis, who was promoted to VP/Programming for iHeartMedia’s Richmond VA cluster last month.
iHeartMedia Connecticut has announced that Jagger has been named Program Director for Top 40 WKSS (KISS 95.7)/Hartford and Top 40 WKCI (KC101)/New Haven, effective October 24.
Jagger will work closely with on-air personalities and sales to oversee on-air, digital and music programming for the radio station brands and their local events. He will report to Dave Symonds, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Connecticut.
“I am thrilled to become a part of iHeartMedia’s family in Hartford and New Haven,” said Jagger. “I am excited to have my name added to the list of legendary Program Directors at KISS 95.7 and KC101.”
Jagger recently served as the Music Director for WHTZ (Z100) and as a nighttime personality for WKTU (103.5 KTU) for iHeartMedia New York City.
