Colorado Public Radio 1490 KXRE 102.1 Manitou SpringsPublic Broadcasting of Colorado purchases Regional Mexican 1490 KXRE/102.1 K271CK Manitou Springs/Colorado Springs CO from Latino Communications for $550,000. KXRE will simulcast the Public News/Talk programming of 90.1 KCFR Denver.

Apex Broadcasting sells Gospel “Heaven 1390” WSPO Charleston SC and their translator CP 100.1 W261DG to John Cardillo’s Chatter Media for $375,000. Cardillo hosts a syndicated Conservative Talk show and mornings on Salem Media’s “880 The Biz” Sweetwater/Miami FL.

Last Chance Public Radio Association donates their CP for 88.5 in Helena MT to Montana State University – Billings’ Yellowstone Public Radio. The new CP will rebroadcast the Public News/Talk/Classical programming originating at 91.7 KEMC Billings, where it will replace 89.1 KYPH East Helena.

KYPH will be swapped to Montana State University – Bozeman’s KGLT Radio in exchange for 98.1 K251AC Helena.

As part of a divorce settlement, Roger Ogden acquires full control of Krystal Broadcasting AAA “Krystal 93” 93.9 KYSL Frisco CO/92.3 K222BQ Graymont/103.3 K277DB Silverthorne and CHR “Streamin 93” 93.1 K226AH Frisco/K226CI Breckenridge for $1.54 million from ex-wife Margaret Ann Perry.

The River Ministries acquires 91.3 KHHC Canadian TX from Solid Rock Foundation for $20,000.
