Cox Media Group has made a pair of promotions at its Miami cluster.
Jill Strada rises from Director of Branding and Programming at CHR “Hits 97.3” WFLC and Urban “99 Jams” 99.1 WEDR to Director of Operations adding oversight of all programming marketing, promotions, and digital content at those two stations plus Soft AC “Easy 93.1” WFEZ and Urban AC “Hot 105” 105.1 WHQT. Strada joined WFLC as programmer in 2014 and added duties at WEDR the following year. Strada previously programmed crosstown Rhythmic CHR “Power 96” WPOW Miami as well as Cox’ “Power 95.3” WPYO Orlando and Emmis’ Urban “Hot 97” WQHT and now-defunct Urban AC “98.7 Kiss-FM” WRKS New York
Concurrently, Crystal Gans rises from Digital Sales Manager for the four Miami stations to Integrated Sales Manager as she will now oversee sales strategies across multiple platforms.
Cox Media Group (CMG) Miami has named Jill Strada as Director of Operations and Crystal Gans as Integrated Sales Manager for Miami Radio.

Strada will oversee WEDR, WFLC, WFEZ and WHQT as well as marketing, promotions, and digital content. Prior to this role, she was Director of Branding and Programming for WEDR and WFLC.

Gans will lead Miami Radio sales strategies across multiple platforms. Prior to this role, she was Digital Sales Manager for Miami Radio.
