Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation sells 1380 WMLP and the CP for 94.5 W233CP Milton PA to Vic Michael’s Kona Coast Radio for $160,000. Michael’s father, Victor A. Michael owned WMLP in the 1960s and 70s, while his brother Van recently acquired Backyard Broadcasting’s six station cluster in the adjacent Williamsport market.
In addition to Cantico Nuevo Ministry’s purchase of 1370 WALK Patchogue NY, associates of the ministry under the name RCN Ministry Inc. are receiving 94.7 WLIX-LP Ridge NY from Pine Barrens Broadcasting as a donation.
Meramec Area Broadcasting purchases Country 102.1 KTUI-FM and Talk 1560 KTUI/94.1 K231CP Sullivan MO from Fidelity Broadcasting for $200,000. The buyers already operate the two stations via LMA.
Tom D. Gay’s The Radio Group sells Classic Country “104.7 The Gator” KWTG Vidalia and Classic Hits “107.1 The Bridge” KFNV-FM Ferriday LA to Misslou Media for $200,000.
Agpal Broadcasting sells Oldies “100.7 Boss-FM” KPPT-FM Depoe Bay OR and Talk 1230 KCUP Toledo OR to Xana Oregon for $155,000.
Common Frequency is transferring 89.1 KCFH Two Harbors CA, 91.5 KXCF Marshall CA, 88.1 KQCF Chiloquin OR, and 91.3 KUSF Glendale OR to Common Communications Southern California for no consideration.
Professional Antenna, Tower and Translator Service sells 101.9 K270AY Battlement Mesa CO to MBC Grand Broadcasting for $10,000. Upon completion of the translator’s move-in into Grand Junction, the translator will rebroadcast MBC Grand’s 100.7 KKVT-HD4. The translator currently rebroadcasts the primary signal of KKVT.
