Following the promotions of Dan Lankford to Division President and Jeff Hurley to the national programming group, iHeartMedia’s Pennsylvania Region has named Brit Goldstein as Area President, Nick Mickley as Market President of iHeartMedia Harrisburg, Reading and Lancaster and Dave Hovel as Area Senior Vice President of Programming.
The Pennsylvania Region consists of the company’s Wilmington DC, Salisbury MD and Allentown, Harrisburg, Erie, Reading, Lancaster, and Williamsport PA stations.
Goldstein rises to Area President after being with the company since 2005. He had served as President of their Salisbury and Wilmington markets since July 2017. He has previously been VP Revenue Management for Northeast Division, Senior Director of Revenue Management, and Sales Manager for the Philadelphia cluster. He has also served as Sales Manager for Radio One Philadelphia.
Mickley rises to Market President of iHeartMedia Harrisburg, Reading and Lancaster after serving as Region Senior Vice President of Sales since January 2016. Since joining the company in 2004, he has risen from Account Executive to Local Sales Manager to General Sales Manager and then his now former Region SVP/Sales title.
Dave Hovel joined iHeartMedia as SVP/Programming for its Salisbury cluster in August 2016. Hovel has previously served as PD/Morning Host at West Virginia Radio Corporation Classic Country “95.9 The Big Dawg” WICL Williamsport/Hagerstown MD, morning host at CBS’ “New Country 106.1” W291CI Baltimore, afternoon host at iHeart’s 94.7 WDSD Dover DE, OM for Renda Broadcasting Fort Myers FL and spent 24 years at Delmarva Broadcasting’s Country 103.7 WXCY Havre de Grace MD, where he eventually rose to PD
iHeartMedia announced that Brit Goldstein has been named Area President for iHeartMedia Pennsylvania; Nick Mickley has been named Market President of iHeartMedia Harrisburg, Reading and Lancaster; and Dave Hovel has been named Area Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Pennsylvania, effective immediately.
iHeartMedia Pennsylvania has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing more than 37 stations comprised of music, talk and news formats. iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company.
As Area President, Goldstein will create new business and revenue opportunities, overseeing all programming, business and sales teams for iHeartMedia Pennsylvania, Delaware and the Eastern Shore stations. He will report to Shosh Abromovich, Division President for iHeartMedia.

As Market President, Mickley will work closely with the programming, business and sales teams for the Harrisburg, Reading and Lancaster markets. He most recently served as senior vice president of sales for iHeartMedia Pennsylvania and has also previously served as the general sales manager for iHeartMedia Harrisburg.

Hovel is promoted to Area Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Pennsylvania. Hovel previously served as the senior vice president of programming for iHeartMedia Wilmington and iHeartMedia Salisbury. In his new role, Hovel will oversee all on-air content as well as music and digital programming operations for the Salisbury, Wilmington, Allentown, Harrisburg, Erie, Reading, Lancaster, and Williamsport markets. He will report to Mickley.
