Consulting and marketing group Collective Heads has announced that it has added Tim Dukes as a partner.
Dukes most recently served as COO and President of Hope Media Group until stepping down a few months ago. He originally joined Way Media in 2015 as General Manager of 89.7 KAWA Sanger/Dallas TX then added oversight of the group’s stations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Alabama in 2019 before rising to COO in June 2020 first for Way Media Group ahead of its merger with KSBJ Houston to create Hope Media Group in January 2022. Prior to joining the Christian operator, Dukes worked on-air at WYHY Nashville and WFLZ Tampa, programmed WEBN Cincinnati and WLUP Chicago, and served as Director of FM Programming for Jacor San Diego, Regional VP/Programming for Clear Channel Atlanta, and Director of Operations for NextMedia’s suburban Chicago stations in his secular radio career. He also was VP/Marketing for Tribune Interactive and COO of The Halftime Institute before joining Way Media.
He commented, “My first day of retirement drove me crazy. That’s when Tim Richards called and asked if I wanted to join a circus. I said, I can juggle. Will that help?”
Collective Heads Ringleader Tim Richards said, “We are proud to welcome the many
talents of Tim Dukes to the Collective. He’s well-respected, has a brilliant mind and a skill set that spans programming, marketing, fundraising, sales and senior leadership. Not to mention juggling, which is great for our company get-togethers.”
