On Wednesday we reported that CBS had registered 947NowFM.com, AmpRadio947.com, and Fresh947.com on March 6.
Today DCRTV.com reported “rumblings that CBS Radio will flip 94.7, WTGB, from classic rock to adult contemporary – to battle Clear Channel’s WASH, 97.1, which soared to 2nd place in the latest Portable People Meter radio ratings. Possibly by next week.”
We’ve found a few more domains that may lead to a Fresher outlook at WTGB. 947freshfm.com and freshfm947.com were registered by Intertech Media on March 17. Additionally, CBS registered 947fresh.com back in 2007 as a decoy prior to the launch of AAA “94.7 The Globe”.
