Univision Rhythmic CHR “Hot 105.7” KVVF Santa Clara/San Jose & 100.7 KVVZ San Rafael/San Francisco has shifted to Mainstream Top 40 this week.

A number of Mainstream currents and recurrents have been added to the playlist including Demi Lovato, Maroon 5, Portugal The Man, Taylor Swift, Chainsmokers, and Sia. The station is also playing two Spanish pop songs per hour.

KVVF/KVVZ had only subscribed to the San Jose ratings where it registered a 2.1 share and placed it tied for 22nd in the market. The move makes it the only Top 40 targeting the South Bay uniquely but closer to Alpha Media’s Adult CHR “Mix 106” 106.5 KEZR in the market as well as Bonneville’s “99.7 Now” KMVQ and iHeartMedia’s “Wild 94.9” KYLD from San Francisco, which held a 3.2 and 3.0 share respectively in the October 2017 Nielsen Audio ratings for San Jose.
