[membership level="2,3"] FCC Actions The FCC has issued a settlement period for the 16 mutually exclusive blocks of applications filed in the January Auction 100 translator filing window. Any technical amendment or settlement to resolve the MX and not go to auction must be submitted to the FCC by 4pm on September 19. The list of affected translator applications can be seen here . Total Austin Sports Radio's application to place the nighttime facility of 1260 KTAE Elgin TX on the Austin tower of 1490 KTSN with 200w has been dismissed as the FCC fails to find the move in the public interest. The FCC notes that while the night facility of KTAE already failed to cover Elgin, the proposed night signal is completely outside the 5 mV/m daytime contour. KTAE's city-of-license was changed in 2012 from Taylor to Elgin as part of move by then owner Border Media Partners to move 92.5 KVLR from Elgin to Sunset Valley and into the Austin urbanized area. FM Changes Urban One Urban AC " Majic 92.7 " WDCJ Prince Frederick MD proposes moving to a new tower site bringing its contour closer to Washington's southeastern suburbs with 2.3kW/164m . Univision Spanish CHR " Latino Mix 99.3 " KRGT Indian Springs NV applies to move much closer to Las Vegas by changing city-of-license to Sunrise Manor while downgrading from a C0 to C2 with 8.8kW/351m from the Henderson tower utilized by 95.5 KWNR. Townsquare Media's " XL Country 100.7 " KXLB Livingston MT applies to change city-of-license to Churchill with no other changes. JYH Broadcasting's 96.7 KNOB Healdsburg/Santa Rosa CA applies to move to the site of Sinclair Communications' 100.9 KSXY Forestville with 2.5kW/156m . The move comes with a new five year Time Brokerage Agreement signed by Sincalir affiliate Commonwealth Broadcasting. Sinclair had operated KNOB from its sign-on in 2002 until April 2017 . After losing its lease at its previous site last month, JAB Broadcasting's Silent 94.3 KRBN Manton/Redding CA applies to move to a nearby tower site with 2.05kW/347m . Educational Media Foundation's pending acquisition of 95.3 WLKW-FM Celoron/Jamestown NY applies to change tower locations and operate with 700w/123m . Voice Ministries of Farmington's Christian CHR " Passion Radio " 95.7 KPCL Farmington NM applies for a new tower site with 100kW/116m . AM Changes Delta Radio Network applies to move Gospel 1380 WNLA Indianola MS to 1390 while modifying power from 500w day/44w night to 1kW day/15w night. Noalmark Broadcasting's Christian AC " 93.7 The Light " 910 KKBE Roswell NM applies to eliminate two of the three towers it uses for its nighttime array while dropping power from 500 watts to 30 watts. The station will retain its 5kW day pattern from its remaining tower.
